Acceptable Use Policy.
We keep this short and specific. The point is to protect other users, the underlying AI providers, and the long-term ability of GHZ Creative to keep the apps online for everyone.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all use of the GHZ Creative website, the APIs at api.ghzcreative.ai, and the GHZ Code and GHZ Voice desktop applications. It is part of the Terms of Service.
2. What you must not do
You must not use the services to:
- break the law in your country or the country where the data is processed;
- violate someone else’s rights — including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contract rights;
- generate, transcribe, clean, or distribute content that sexually exploits or harms children;
- generate, distribute, or coordinate threats of violence, targeted harassment, doxxing, or incitement to discrimination against an individual or a group;
- create or distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any code intended to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the services, the backend infrastructure, or the underlying AI providers;
- scrape, crawl, or systematically download from the services in a way that bypasses the documented APIs and the published rate limits;
- resell or sublicense the services, build a directly competing product on top of our backend, or share a single account across multiple people in a way that obviously circumvents per-user pricing;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the applications, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- use the AI features (GHZ Voice transcription and cleanup) for high-risk purposes such as medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions without independent human review and qualified advice;
- impersonate another person or claim affiliation with GHZ Creative that you do not have.
3. Third-party AI provider rules
When you use the GHZ Voice transcription or cleanup features, your request is routed through our backend to one of Groq, OpenAI, or Anthropic. You agree not to submit content that violates their usage policies:
4. Rate limits and fair use
We enforce per-user rate limits on the proxy endpoints to keep costs predictable and to prevent abuse. Current limits are 60 transcription requests per minute and 120 cleanup requests per minute, per account. We may adjust these limits without notice if patterns of misuse appear, and we may apply lower or higher limits to specific accounts.
5. Security testing
We welcome responsible vulnerability research. If you find a security issue, please report it to security@ghzcreative.ai before disclosing it publicly. Do not access or modify the data of other users, do not run denial-of-service tests against the production environment, and do not pivot beyond the minimum needed to demonstrate the issue.
6. Enforcement
We may, without prior notice, throttle, suspend, or terminate access to any account that violates this policy. In serious cases we may report illegal activity to the competent authorities. We try to be proportionate and to give you a chance to correct unintentional breaches before taking action.
7. Reporting abuse
To report content or behaviour that violates this policy, email abuse@ghzcreative.ai with as much detail as possible.
